For an all-over, minimally invasive refresh and glow up of your skin, you can’t go past the Radiance Facial. Combining the textural smoothing of a Radiance Peel and the deeper rejuvenation and collagen boosting Radiance Laser Treatment (Laser Genesis), the Radiance Facial packs a big punch in a small amount of time.
Your treating clinician will review your skin and determine whether this Peel and Laser combination is right for your skin.
If you are cleared for treatment, we’ll clean your skin and apply the peel, adjusting the strength and duration to suit your skin type and comfort level.
Once the peel is complete, we’ll being the laser treatment, which consists of running the laser of the area a number of times until the required treatment level has been reached. This process usually takes about 15 minutes.
Avoid unprotected sun exposure for 2 weeks prior to treatment. If a tan is present, we may recommend delaying your peel. You may be prescribed a daily skin care regime for the 2 weeks prior to treatment, to condition the skin for optimal results.
If you are having your face, neck or chest treated, please do not wear make-up, including lipstick or mascara, on the day of treatment.
Immediately after treatment, your face may be slightly red. We will supply an ice pack if you feel you need it. We recommend applying sunscreen with an SPF50+ or greater, to the treated area, and wearing a hat or covering the skin, when in the sun. Make-up can be worn immediately after treatment. You may shower/bathe normally, using most regular products, however exfolliants, scrubs, AHA’s, BHA’s or products containing vitamin A should not be used for 7 days. The treated area can be gently shaved the following morning
Alcohol, strenuous exercise and activity should be avoided for the rest of the day.
Treated skin may feel slightly rough and flaky in the first week after treatment. Peeling skin is common but does not always occur. It is not necessary for successful results.
We highly recommend diligent use of sunscreen with SPF50+ or greater, to protect your skin.

How much do Radiance Facials cost?
A single Radiance Facialis $385.
As recommendations are commonly given for a course of treatments, you can purchase six facials for $1925.
What does a Radiance Facial feel like?
The sensation of a peel varies from patient to patient and is influence by the type and strength of peel used, as well as the area being treated. A light to moderate tingling is most common, and if, at any stage, it becomes too uncomfortable, the peel can be immediately neutralised, stopping the sensation.
Similarly, the experience of the Radiance Laser Treatment varies, with descriptions such as the flicking of a tiny rubber band, or the dripping of warm water on your skin. We are committed to making your treatment as comfortable as possible and will discuss whether pain reduction options are right for you.
Are there any possible risks of Radiance Peels?
As with every medical treatment, some risks are involved. These include:
- Post-treatment discomfort, such as a mild sunburn tingle
- Post treatment redness of the skin
- Post-treatment itching or irritation of the skin, skin peeling or flaking, or acne breakouts. These are all very normal and temporary.
- Hypo-pigmentation, or fading of the skin – uncommon
- Hyper-pigmentation, or darkening of the skin. May occur in darker skin tones.
- Infection - very rare.
- Scarring – very rare.
